About
The Kutaisi desk behind the charts
We record each layer of a buying path so a shop owner can see it without living inside a weekly report.
Registrylayerbase began as a habit, not a slogan. Shop owners around Kutaisi would forward a screenshot of a quiet week and ask why the cart looked full while paid orders did not. The useful answer was never a single percentage. It was a drawing of the layers: listing, product, cart, checkout, payment, and the particular Georgian mix of card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
The name is literal. We register — write down — each layer of that path so it can be held in a meeting. The office is at Level 7, 22 Chavchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi 4600. From here we work with catalogs that ship across Georgia and, occasionally, with a second storefront aimed at buyers in neighbouring countries.
How we sit with a shop
We prefer one storefront and a named stretch of dates. Tamar walks the live pages. Levan draws what the weeks actually did. Ana holds the debrief so the charts are spoken, not only emailed. If the export is too thin or the weeks include a theme redesign you forgot to mention, we stop and say so.
We are not a replacement for your developer, your photographer, or the person who answers WhatsApp after midnight. Those people close sales we will never see in a checkout chart. When that is the case, we write it in the briefing.
Values that show up in the work
Stay with the weeks you gave us, not with a borrowed average from another trade. Separate cash on delivery from card payments when both exist. Decline a briefing rather than invent a path. Keep customer phone numbers out of the files we hold.
If you want the method in order, from first email to debrief, it is written on the method page. To ask whether your catalog fits, write to the desk.
Tamar Gelashvili
Reads the live store
Walks each catalog as a guest buyer, including the mobile checkout and the cash-on-delivery confirmation screen.
Levan Beridze
Draws the path
Turns the agreed weeks of orders into the chart pack and keeps guest checkout separate from returning buyers.
Ana Chikovani
Holds the debrief
Sits with owners in Kutaisi or on a call, and writes the addendum if a checkout step was mislabelled.
