This site uses a consent preference in your browser. Optional analytics cookies are not set today, even if you accept.
Cookies are small files a site can store on your device. Related storage, such as localStorage, can hold a preference without setting a traditional cookie. Registrylayerbase uses localStorage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. That choice is not required to read briefings, send an enquiry, or use the site.
Types
Essential preference. The key registrylayerbase_cookie_consent records “accepted” or “rejected” so the banner does not return on every visit. It is stored in localStorage on your device. We treat it as essential to honouring your choice.
Analytics. We do not currently set analytics cookies or load a third-party analytics script. Accepting records only your preference, in case we later add a narrowly described analytics cookie and update this table. We would not load such a script without a fresh look at this page.
Third-party cookies. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts when pages load. Google may receive your IP address as part of serving the font files. That is a third-party request, not a banner cookie we set. We do not embed payment widgets or advertising pixels.

How to manage or disable
Use Accept or Reject on the banner. Rejecting does not block pages, forms, or briefings. You can also clear stored data for this site in your browser settings, which forgets the preference and shows the banner again. Browser controls can block third-party requests; blocking font requests may change how type appears.
Impact of disabling
Refusing optional cookies has no effect on sending a note or reading the journal, because optional analytics are not active. Clearing all site data logs you out of the preference only.
