How a conversion path review actually runs
From the first email to the debrief, the review is a sequence of named steps. Nothing here is a self-serve report.
This page is for the flagship Conversion Path Review. Shorter studies skip some of the listing work; they still follow the same courtesy around files and dates.
1. The note you send
Write the shop address, a rough sense of how many products are live, the payment methods you offer, and the weeks you care about. Mention if Instagram or WhatsApp closes sales outside the site. We reply within two working days with whether those weeks can be read.
2. Scope and deposit
If we can take the work, you receive a one-page scope: storefront, date range, what you will send, debrief place (Kutaisi or call), and the fee. Forty percent holds the start date. We do not begin the live walk until that deposit is received.
3. Files, without the private parts
An order export for the named weeks is the usual core. Strip phone numbers, emails if you wish, and anything that looks like a card. A guest checkout we can complete with a test item helps. Admin access is not required and not requested.
4. The live walk
Tamar moves through listing, product, cart, and checkout on a phone and on a laptop, as a guest and as a returning buyer. She notes shipping calculator timing, account walls, and the cash-on-delivery confirmation copy. This is slow on purpose. A single hurried click-through misses the step that actually sheds people.
5. The drawing
Levan builds the chart pack from the weeks you named. Guest and returning buyers are kept apart when the files allow it. Card, bank transfer, and cash on delivery are kept apart when you actually offer them. If a week includes a theme change you told us about, that week is marked rather than blended.
6. The written reading
The note is short. It names the two or three places on the path that shed the most people, and the questions we cannot answer from the files. It does not include a rebuilt page or a photography brief.
7. The debrief
Ninety minutes, up to three people from your side. In Kutaisi we use the table at Level 7, 22 Chavchavadze Avenue. On a call we share the same pack. Ana keeps the conversation on the pages you can change. One clarification addendum is included if we mislabelled a checkout step.
8. After
The briefing ends. Seasonal passes, if you want them, are a separate arrangement. Your developer, courier, and payment provider remain yours.
When you are ready to start at step one, write to the desk.
