Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect when you write to us or book a conversion briefing, and how long we keep it.

Registrylayerbase is the controller of personal data described here. The desk is at Level 7, 22 Chavchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi 4600. Contact hello@registrylayerbase.digital or +995 431 555 538. We handle data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to a briefing, any additional rules of a country from which you write.

What we collect

From the contact form or email: name, email address, optional shop URL, the briefing you selected, and the message you write. During a booked briefing we may receive order exports you send. Those exports should already have phone numbers and card fragments removed; if they still contain personal data, we treat that as data you instructed us to process for the briefing only.

We do not collect payment-card details on this website. There is no checkout. Fees are arranged by invoice and paid by bank transfer or another method named in the scope.

Server logs from hosting may include IP address and browser type for security of the site. Our cookie notice describes the consent preference stored in your browser.

We use enquiry data to reply and, if you book, to perform the briefing contract. We use invoices and correspondence to keep accounts as required in Georgia. Where we rely on legitimate interests, it is to answer a person who wrote to us and to keep evidence of what was agreed.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to eighteen months so we can see if you wrote again. Booked briefings: correspondence, scope, and the chart pack we sent you are kept for five years for accounting and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised. Order exports you sent are deleted within ninety days after the debrief, unless a legal claim requires a longer hold, in which case we tell you.

Who we share with

We do not sell lists. We may use an email provider or accountant who processes data on our instructions. Hosting for this website may store logs. If a payment is made through your bank, the bank sees what you send them; that is not our site.

International transfers

If a processor stores mail outside Georgia, we use a contract that requires appropriate protection, and we will name the country if you ask. You can choose to send files only through a method we agree in the scope.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with Georgia’s personal data protection authority. To exercise rights, write to hello@registrylayerbase.digital. We may need to confirm it is you.

Children

Briefings are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
