Refunds, deposits, and missed debriefs
These rules apply to conversion briefings. This practice does not sell physical goods, subscriptions, or downloadable software products.
Refund requests go to hello@registrylayerbase.digital or +995 431 555 538, naming the briefing, the date of the scope, and the reason. We answer within five working days.
Eligibility and timeframe
You may cancel in writing before the live walk begins. In that case we refund the deposit in full, minus any bank charges we cannot recover, within fourteen working days, by the same method you paid where the bank allows it, otherwise by bank transfer in GEL to an account you name.
Once the live walk has started, the deposit is not refundable. It covers time already spent on the storefront and on preparing the path. If you cancel after the walk and before the chart pack is sent, we may refund a portion of the remaining balance if you had already paid it; that portion is calculated from work not yet done (drawing, writing, debrief) and will not be more than the unused share of the total fee.
After the chart pack is sent, fees are not refundable. The briefing has been delivered even if you later disagree with a finding.
Partial refunds
A partial refund may apply if we cannot finish because the export never arrives after two written reminders, or because the storefront is taken down. In those cases we keep the deposit and refund any later payment that covered work we did not begin. If we mislabelled a checkout step, the included addendum is the remedy, not a refund.
Non-refundable items
Printed extra copies of a chart pack, once printed, are not refundable. Time booked for a debrief that you miss without notice is not refundable. Seasonal passes already delivered are not refundable; a future pass not yet started can be cancelled under the same “before the live walk” rule.
Process and method
We confirm the amount in email, then return GEL by bank transfer unless the original payment method can reverse the same sum. Processing after our confirmation is typically five to fourteen working days, depending on the banks.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule the debrief once, with at least three working days’ notice, at no fee. A second change, or less notice, may be refused or quoted as extra sitting time. We may reschedule if the Kutaisi office cannot open; we will not keep the deposit for a delay we caused.
No-shows
If no one from your side attends the debrief and you did not write in advance, we hold the pack as delivered and do not refund. A replacement call can be quoted.
Work already started
The live walk is the start of substantive work. Emails to agree scope are not “work already started” for refund purposes.
Materials
We do not buy stock for you. The only materials are paper copies of charts when you ask for them. Unused paper that was never printed is not billed.
Exceptions
If we decline a briefing after deposit because we judge the weeks unreadable, we refund the deposit in full. If Georgia law requires a wider consumer cooling-off right for your booking, that right applies to the extent it cannot be excluded.
