Terms of engagement

These terms govern use of the website at registrylayerbase.digital and the conversion briefings offered by Registrylayerbase from Level 7, 22 Chavchavadze Avenue, Kutaisi 4600. By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or continuing to browse, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not book a briefing or use the contact form.

The work

A briefing is a professional reading of a named storefront for named weeks. It is described on the relevant briefing page and in the one-page scope we send before a deposit. We do not rebuild shops, place advertisements, or take over payment gateways. Informational fees on the site are not an offer until a scope is signed or clearly accepted in writing (including email).

Your files and access

You warrant that you have the right to share the storefront URL, order exports, and test logins you send. You must strip card numbers, passwords for live admin accounts, and any data you are not entitled to disclose. We may pause or end a briefing if the files are unlawful to hold or too incomplete to read, as set out on the refund page.

Intellectual property

The chart pack and written reading are licensed to you for internal use in your business, including sharing with your developer and accountant. Registrylayerbase retains copyright in the methods, templates, and wording of the pack. You may not resell the pack as a product, publish it as your own method, or use our name to imply we rebuilt your shop. This website’s text, layout, and mark belong to Registrylayerbase. You may not copy the site for a competing briefing practice.

Liability

We read the weeks and the live path you give us. We do not promise a rise in paid orders, a change in courier behaviour, or a result from your bank or payment provider. To the extent permitted by the law of Georgia, our liability for a briefing is limited to the fee paid for that briefing. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data you failed to back up, or third-party claims arising from how you later change your catalog. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed.

Website use

The site is informational. Forms send a mock acknowledgement for demonstration of the enquiry flow; a briefing is only booked when we confirm in email. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it for the purpose of reproducing our briefings.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you accept a scope applies to that briefing. Website use is governed by the version published when you visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia, including those competent for Kutaisi, have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved by correspondence to hello@registrylayerbase.digital or by telephone at +995 431 555 538.
